• Provide expert guidance on ESG standards (IFC Performance Standards, World Bank, etc.) • Support the development and implementation of ESG strategies across client projects • Act as a subject matter expert in ESIA and environmental and social risk management • Lead or review Environmental and Social Impact Assessments (ESIAs) • Oversee ESMP implementation and monitoring • Ensure quality control of deliverables from consultants and partners • Manage multiple ESG assignments simultaneously • Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams • Track timelines, deliverables, and budgets • Support stakeholder engagement strategies and community relations • Advise on grievance mechanisms, RAP/LRP processes, and social risk mitigation • Work closely with internal teams to define ESG/HSEC role requirements • Support technical screening and validation of candidates • Prepare ESG reports and documentation • Track KPIs and support continuous improvement • Lead ESG due diligence for investments, acquisitions, and project financing
• Collaborate with senior developers to design and implement user-friendly web interfaces • Assist in the development and maintenance of back-end functionalities • Participate in code reviews, providing feedback and suggestions for improving code quality • Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements • Perform server setup and deployment of the websites on the ESS hosting server • Install and maintain SSL certificates for secure browsing experiences • Validate functionalities and content post-deployment • Assist in troubleshooting and debugging issues for optimal performance and user experience • Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends
• Develop, implement, and maintain the site Health & Safety Management System. • Ensure compliance with national occupational health and safety regulations. • Lead risk assessments, Job Safety Analyses (JSAs), and incident investigations. • Monitor and report on safety KPIs (LTIFR, TRIR, near misses). • Promote a strong safety culture across employees and contractors. • Oversee contractor HSE performance and enforce site safety standards. • Develop emergency preparedness and response plans. • Ensure compliance with environmental permits and regulatory requirements. • Oversee implementation of ESIA commitments and Environmental & Social Management Plans. • Supervise environmental monitoring programs (water quality, air emissions, waste management, noise, biodiversity). • Ensure proper hazardous materials and tailings management (if applicable). • Prepare regulatory and internal environmental reports. • Lead environmental audits and inspections. • Support implementation of stakeholder engagement strategies. • Oversee community grievance mechanisms. • Ensure project activities minimize impacts on surrounding communities. • Coordinate community development initiatives in collaboration with management. • Maintain constructive relationships with local authorities and community leaders. • Ensure alignment with IFC requirements where project financing applies. • Prepare HSEC reports for senior management and regulatory authorities. • Support external audits and lender reviews. • Develop continuous improvement plans based on HSEC performance data. • Maintain accurate documentation and compliance records.
