• Define the overall Salesforce architecture and technical roadmap supporting the VA LGY VALERI platform. • Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solution designs and technical architecture diagrams, this includes detailed current state and future state diagrams. • Lead architectural design across Apex development, Lightning Web Components, integrations, data models, and platform automation. • Ability to write and enhance Architectural documentation gaps for Technical design documents including for Mulesoft, Oracle, and integration orchestration. • Must be proficient with designing process maps with Lucidchart (deliverables within hours or days not weeks or sprints). • Establish and enforce Salesforce architecture standards, coding standards, and best practices across development teams. • Design and oversee complex integrations with external systems using REST, SOAP, middleware platforms, and API frameworks. • Ensure solutions align with federal security standards, FedRAMP requirements, and Salesforce security best practices. • Guide development teams on platform architecture decisions, performance optimization, and scalability strategies. • Collaborate with program leadership, business analysts, and stakeholders to align technical solutions with mission requirements. • Review technical designs, conduct architecture reviews, and provide governance for major Salesforce enhancements. • Support DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines, release management, and environment strategy. • Provide architectural oversight for data management, integration patterns, and enterprise system interoperability. • Mentor developers and administrators while fostering strong collaboration across cross-functional technical teams.

Role Description As Tritium accelerates its global deployment of EV fast-charging technology, we are seeking a high-impact Systems Integration Developer to join our Software Engineering team. This role is the technical bridge between our advanced hardware and our global commercial ecosystem. You will be responsible for architecting a seamless data flow that empowers our teams to manage complex customer lifecycles. This is a remote-first role requiring a developer who can work independently across time zones to support our operations in the UK, Europe, and the US. Key Responsibilities - Systems Architecture: Design and maintain the integrations between Tritium’s proprietary software, EV charging hardware, and Salesforce. - Global Service Automation: Build automated workflows to support our “get well” programs, ensuring hardware alerts (e.g., DCDC/ACDC module issues) trigger immediate service actions in the CRM. - Commercial Insights & AI: Implement AI-driven predictive modeling to help forecast spare parts demand and optimize sales strategies for major accounts and distributors. - Scalable Data Mapping: Manage the technical complexity of a global revenue model, SLA, ensuring multi-currency and multi-region data (UK/EU/US) is accurately reflected for executive reporting. - Strategic Integrations: Lead the technical execution of third-party integrations, such as payment gateways and cross-platform data sharing. Qualifications - Salesforce Mastery (Must-Have): 3+ years of experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and complex Flow orchestration. Certification as a Salesforce Developer or Architect is highly preferred. - Integration Expertise: Proven experience building and scaling APIs and utilizing middleware to connect IoT/Hardware devices to cloud-based CRMs. - AI & Machine Learning: Practical experience applying AI tools to solve real-world business problems.
