Technical Delivery Manager

• Lead and manage project delivery from initiation to completion, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met. • Provide hands-on technical leadership, especially in areas such as Java, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms. • Develop and execute CI/CD pipelines, incorporating DevOps best practices and automation. • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (development, infrastructure, security) to ensure seamless integration and deployment. • Ensure that technical excellence and deliverables align with business objectives. • Act as a key liaison between technical teams and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment of expectations. • Drive continuous improvement within delivery processes and implement innovative solutions to improve project outcomes.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in the field.
  • Java and Microservices Architecture.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Strong knowledge and experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  • Preferred: PMP or Agile certifications.
