• Design, document, execute, and automate tests to ensure product stability and quality. • Coordinate multiple testing projects with multidisciplinary teams distributed globally. • Participate in Agile processes and promote quality best practices. • Implement and optimize automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines. • Leverage AI agents and LLM-based tools for test case generation, regression analysis, and QA process automation. • Design intelligent testing solutions that interact with APIs, user interfaces, and backend systems. • Evaluate and implement AI-driven testing platforms to improve coverage and reduce manual effort.

• Design and implement features using Angular, React, and TypeScript that meet performance, accessibility (a11y), and SEO objectives. • Collaborate with product and design teams to translate requirements into technical designs and estimates. • Write clean, testable code and maintain a component-based design system. • Contribute to architecture and non-functional requirements (scalability, security, observability). • Improve site speed and Core Web Vitals metrics by optimizing bundling, rendering strategy, and caching.

• Lead the planning and end-to-end execution of software development programs and projects. • Collaborate with Product and Engineering leaders to define priorities, scope, and work plans. • Manage schedules, cross-team dependencies, resource allocation, and risk mitigation. • Facilitate communication among the various areas involved and ensure timely follow-up on projects. • Translate functional requirements into technical specifications that enable correct implementation of solutions. • Participate in defining technical architectures and support integration and implementation efforts. • Monitor operational metrics and promote continuous improvement initiatives. • Document work plans, best practices, and project management standards. • Communicate progress, risks, outcomes, and retrospectives clearly and promptly to stakeholders.

• Lead development of key platform features across both backend and frontend. • Develop and review production code using technologies such as Laravel, PostgreSQL, and Angular/TypeScript. • Design and maintain database architecture, ensuring integrity and efficiency in a multi-tenant SaaS environment. • Collaborate with Product and TPMs to translate functional requirements into scalable technical solutions. • Diagnose and resolve complex issues across multiple systems, including editor state management, data persistence, and rendering. • Establish and maintain development standards, best practices, and architectural patterns within the team. • Actively participate in code reviews, technical design, and mentoring of developers.

• Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions. • Automate deployments, workflows, and operations on Pantheon. • Work with multi-site and multi-tenant architectures on Drupal 10. • Manage MultiDev environments, canary deployments, and scalable releases. • Troubleshoot issues related to code, infrastructure, and pipelines. • Improve platform observability, monitoring, and stability. • Develop and maintain backend modules and integrations in Drupal.
