Solutions Integration Engineer

• Lead end-to-end integration delivery - from scoping and design to development, testing, and deployment - ensuring all solutions meet business requirements and production-ready standards • Collaborate with the Lead Engineer to manage the integration lifecycle: define requirements, structure and assign tasks, monitor execution, and achieve timely delivery • Architect and document integration solutions using Python, REST, gRPC, Kafka, Redis, Postman, and SQL, supported by UML, DFD, ERD, and BRD documentation • Oversee daily project operations by planning sprints, tracking progress, resolving blockers, and maintaining delivery momentum • Engage stakeholders to align goals, manage scope, and prevent deviations from agreed priorities • Drive Agile/Scrum practices, facilitate ceremonies, maintain backlogs in YouTrack, and provide transparent reporting • Ensure system reliability post-deployment through proactive monitoring with Grafana and other observability tools • Maintain accountability for all milestones by delivering results under pressure while upholding strict implementation and delivery standards • Conduct thorough code reviews and uphold a clean, consistent, high-quality code base
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on backend development experience
- 2+ years in project management or account-facing roles where you owned delivery
- Strong technical toolkit including Python, REST, gRPC, UML, BRD, DFD, ERD, Postman, GAP analysis, CJM, SQL, Apache Kafka, and Redis
- Background as an acting or former backend engineer
- Experience working with Agile/Scrum processes and tools like YouTrack and Grafana
- Proven stakeholder management and scope-control skills
- Strong communication and time-management skills, consistently delivering results under tight deadlines and pressure
- English language B2+ (both writing and speaking)
- Fluency in Russian language
- PMI, PMP, PSM, and PSPO certifications are a plus

Job Description Solutions Engineer The Solutions Engineer (SE) is a key member of the Momentive Solutions Engineering organization, supporting a high-volume, fast-paced sales cycle (typically 90 days or less). This role partners closely with Account Executives to bring association domain knowledge together with product expertise to help membership-based organizations evaluate and adopt Momentive Software Association Management Software (AMS) solutions. General Function The Solutions Engineer demonstrates how Momentive’s products support real-world association operations, including membership management, engagement, events, committees, reporting, and more. The role focuses on translating association workflows and challenges into compelling, value-driven demonstrations and conversations. This individual acts as a trusted advisor during the evaluation process, connecting product capabilities to how associations actually work, while also contributing feedback that improves demos, messaging, and product direction. Technical & Business Skills - Comfortable learning and demonstrating software products while on camera. - Proficiency with Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). - Familiarity with CRM systems. - Ability to explain product value clearly without relying on heavy technical jargon.
