Job Description Solutions Engineer The Solutions Engineer (SE) is a key member of the Momentive Solutions Engineering organization, supporting a high-volume, fast-paced sales cycle (typically 90 days or less). This role partners closely with Account Executives to bring association domain knowledge together with product expertise to help membership-based organizations evaluate and adopt Momentive Software Association Management Software (AMS) solutions. General Function The Solutions Engineer demonstrates how Momentive’s products support real-world association operations, including membership management, engagement, events, committees, reporting, and more. The role focuses on translating association workflows and challenges into compelling, value-driven demonstrations and conversations. This individual acts as a trusted advisor during the evaluation process, connecting product capabilities to how associations actually work, while also contributing feedback that improves demos, messaging, and product direction. Duties & Responsibilities - Prepare and deliver high-volume product demonstrations tailored to association-specific use cases (membership, renewals, events, engagement, reporting). - Partner with Account Executives to support opportunities in a fast-moving sales cycle (90 days or less). - Assess prospect needs by drawing on direct experience working in or with associations, including common pain points and operational workflows. - Translate association goals into clear product value, rather than leading with technical depth. - Serve as a subject-matter resource on association common needs and constraints during sales conversations. - Support RFP responses and follow-up questions with an association-first perspective. - Participate in demo scheduling, preparation, and coordination. - Provide product walkthroughs or light training during evaluations or pilot engagements. - Contribute to the creation and improvement of demo environments, scenarios, and demo videos that reflect real association use cases. - Capture customer and prospect feedback and relay insights to Product and Go-To-Market teams. - Troubleshoot demo or environment-related issues as needed. - Assist with customer escalations when previous demo or other known context is helpful. Minimum Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required Experience - 2–4 years of experience working as a Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, technical sales, or working with associations or membership-based organizations. - Experience using or supporting an Association Management Software (AMS) is strongly preferred. - Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Technical & Business Skills - Comfortable learning and demonstrating software products while on camera. - Proficiency with Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). - Familiarity with CRM systems. - Ability to explain product value clearly without relying on heavy technical jargon. Helpful Association & Domain Skills - Understanding of how associations operate, including: - Membership lifecycles and renewals - Events and conferences - Member engagement - Committees, chapters, or councils - Reporting and leadership insights - Ability to speak confidently with association professionals and understand their goals and constraints. About the Opportunity As a Solutions Engineer, you will partner closely with government finance and accounting teams to design, implement, and support technical solutions that modernize financial reporting, Annual Comprehensive Financial Reports (ACFR) preparation, and disclosure management across public-sector organizations. In this role, you will help agencies improve how they prepare financial statements, automate notes and disclosures, manage trial balance data, and produce ACFRs in compliance with GASB standards. You will translate complex government accounting and reporting requirements into scalable, reliable technical solutions that improve financial transparency, audit readiness, and reporting efficiency. While budgeting and planning workflows are part of the broader platform, this role is primarily focused on financial reporting, ACFR preparation, and disclosure automation, helping governments streamline year-end reporting and meet audit and GASB compliance requirements. Role Description In support of our global Android Reverse Engineering program, we seek highly skilled Android App and SDK Reverse Engineers to join our team. This role will involve analyzing and deconstructing Android applications and SDKs to identify potential security risks and gain insights into their underlying functionality. - Deep Dive Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of Android applications and SDKs to understand their codebase, architecture, functionality and to identify potential risks. - Reverse Engineering Techniques: Employ advanced reverse engineering techniques to extract information from various codebases, including decompilation, disassembly, and debugging. - Risk Identification: Identify user and device risk, data leakage, and malicious code execution within Android apps and SDKs. - Threat Intelligence: Gather, analyze and report threat intelligence related to Android malware, exploits, and emerging security trends. - Collaboration: Collaborate with security researchers, developers, and other stakeholders to share findings, provide recommendations, and contribute to the development of secure applications and ecosystem. Integration Solutions Architect – Accounting Integrations

• Lead structured discovery sessions with customer finance and accounting teams to understand GL structure, entities, dimensions/classes, and reporting needs. • Document current-state accounting setups and integration workflows, including limitations, dependencies, and custom mapping requirements. • Align closely with Solutions Architects and Data Analysts on workflow touchpoints and data requirements across implementation. • Define field mappings, sync direction, and integration logic between BuildOps and accounting platforms (e.g., QuickBooks Online, Sage Intacct, Vista, Spectrum). • Establish configuration standards for GL accounts, entities/departments, classes/dimensions, and tax rules within BuildOps and the connected ERP. • Configure and validate integrations in collaboration with Implementation Managers and customers’ accounting teams. • Build and execute integration test plans for AP (bills/expenses), AR (invoices/credits), POs, payments, and related workflows. • Reconcile data between BuildOps and the accounting system, ensuring accurate end‑to‑end financial results prior to go‑live. • Partner with Data Analysts to validate import/export data and resolve discrepancies, documenting root causes and resolutions. • Act as the trusted integration advisor to customers, recommending BuildOps and accounting best practices that support their business today and set them up for future scalability. • Document integration gaps, product limitations, and bugs; propose and escalate solutions to Product and Engineering as needed. • Provide clear integration documentation and handoffs to Customer Success and Support for post‑go‑live stability.
