• Run high-volume outbound across phone, email, and LinkedIn into a curated list of CPG brands, packaging companies, and adjacent manufacturers • Book qualified discovery meetings for the founder (target: minimum 2 meetings/week after a 2-week onboarding ramp) • Own the CRM (HubSpot): clean pipeline, sequence cadences, log every call, keep data tight • Research target accounts and identify the right buyer — Creative Director, Packaging Engineer, Formulator, Procurement, Supply Chain, or Account Executive — depending on company • Iterate weekly on messaging with the founder: what objections came up, what hooks worked, what stories resonate • When given pre-built target lists, work them ruthlessly. When given a blank ICP, source your own. • Bring market signal back to the founder: what buyers care about, what they push back on, what features they ask about
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing technical expertise and guidance throughout engagements • Conduct PoCs, workshops, presentations, and training sessions on GPU cloud technologies and best practices • Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and develop solution architectures • Design and document Infrastructure as Code solutions, technical documentation, and how-tos • Help customers optimize pipeline performance and scalability • Serve as a single point of expertise for customer scenarios across product, technical support, and marketing teams • Assist with marketing efforts during events such as hackathons, conferences, and webinars
• Build and maintain backend services and full-stack features • Develop scalable APIs and systems handling high-volume traffic • Improve system performance, reliability, and security • Collaborate with a distributed team with partial ET time zone overlap • Contribute to technical decisions and architecture as you grow in the role
• Own technical demos for enterprise prospects alongside AEs — running them daily at high volume • Be the go-to technical expert on every customer call: architecture questions, integration scoping, platform positioning • Manage ~50 active opportunities at once across a fast, no-nonsense sales cycle • Help customers get live — supporting post-sales onboarding on AI Gateway architecture for production (primarily pre-sales focused) • Feed customer insights directly back to the product and engineering teams — your voice shapes the roadmap
• Understand partner and customer business needs and translate them into technical specifications and deployment plans • Configure and customize AI agent solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing platforms (CRMs, booking tools, payment systems) • Own implementations end-to-end — from kickoff through go-live — managing stakeholders and driving projects to completion • Serve as the technical point of contact in partner conversations; present solutions confidently with minimal oversight • Identify and mitigate technical risks throughout the implementation lifecycle • Contribute to building scalable deployment practices as the team grows
• Support the Enterprise Integrations team in managing and executing integration processes from design to deployment • Collect and define requirements from internal stakeholders, estimate task complexity, and plan delivery timelines • Design and implement reliable, scalable integration solutions using Python, REST, gRPC, Apache Kafka, Redis, and SQL • Conduct regular code reviews and maintain a consistent, high-quality code base • Strictly follow delivery deadlines, ensuring production readiness and technical excellence • Monitor and stabilize integrations post-deployment using observability tools like Grafana • Actively identify and resolve blockers to maintain project momentum, demonstrating a proactive “get things done” approach
• Lead end-to-end implementations of an AI-powered privacy compliance platform for enterprise clients • Serve as the primary client-facing contact throughout delivery • Drive developer accountability: track tasks, monitor quality, enforce deadlines without micromanaging • Proactively surface and resolve blockers before they become escalations • Maintain crisp project documentation, status reports, and executive-level communication • Act as a product expert and trusted advisor during the implementation phase
• Prospect and sign new partners across dental, healthcare, restaurants, home services, and adjacent verticals • Own the full partner lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, joint business planning, and health monitoring • Run QBRs, pipeline reviews, and churn recovery plans • Monitor partner agent deployment health; flag and resolve at-risk accounts proactively • Drive partner engagement via promotions, referral programs, and tiered incentive structures • Feed structured partner insights back to the product team; act as the internal voice of the partner
• Provide hands-on coaching to BDRs and foster a high-performance, collaborative culture • Generate new leads through cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn • Meet and exceed sales targets for setting qualified meetings • Improve and implement new scalable sales processes and playbooks for enterprise cybersecurity/data privacy sales • Utilize CRM and sales tools to track sales performance, manage the pipeline, and maintain client information • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand client needs • Stay updated on industry trends and the competitive landscape
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor to customers throughout the full pre-sales and onboarding lifecycle • Lead PoCs, architectural workshops, presentations, and training sessions on GPU cloud technologies and best practices • Collaborate with customers to deeply understand their business requirements and translate them into scalable solution architectures • Design and document Infrastructure as Code solutions, reference architectures, and technical how-to guides in collaboration with support engineers and technical writers • Help customers optimize ML pipeline performance, throughput, and scalability for efficient utilization of cloud resources • Act as a cross-functional technical expert, bridging product, technical support, and marketing teams around customer needs • Represent the company at external events including hackathons, conferences, and webinars
