Job Requirements
- Expert AI Utilization: Ability to effectively use tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini for critical thinking tasks (e.g., resume analysis, personalized email drafting)
- High-Level English Communication: Near-native fluency for candidate screening and executive-level communication
- LinkedIn Sourcing Experience: Proven ability to find and evaluate specific talent profiles
- Schedule Alignment: Must be available to work 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pacific Time
- Preferred Qualifications (Nice to have): Experience with Lever (ATS), Familiarity with Notion and Slack, Experience with Google Workspace
