• Coordinate all pre- and post-install logistics • Schedule clients, crews, subcontractors, and vendors • Support clients through the remodel process • Recruit and maintain relationships with installation crews • Prepare pre-install inspections and resolve scheduling issues • Order materials/equipment and track vendor deliveries • Verify project expenses, forecasts, and installer compensation • Maintain accurate updates in the company CRM

• Host engaging 30–45 minute virtual info sessions with small groups of candidates • Conduct one-on-one conversations to answer questions and assess fit • Communicate with confidence, professionalism, and positive energy • Manage follow-ups, scheduling, and documentation • Represent our company’s culture and values in every conversation
