• Design, develop, and maintain decision services using Drools (DRL); migrate legacy workflows to cloud-native Kogito microservices. • Build and manage AWS Bedrock Knowledge Bases to enable accurate, context-aware AI responses. • Create automated pipelines to extract, clean, and convert legacy documentation into optimized formats (Markdown/vector-ready), stored in Amazon S3. • Develop secure, high-performance REST APIs using Quarkus or Spring Boot to integrate chatbot capabilities into Java applications. • Deploy and scale business automation services in Kubernetes/OpenShift environments. • Collaborate with engineering and product stakeholders to improve decision accuracy, performance, and maintainability.

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines using Azure Synapse Analytics • Build and optimize ETL/ELT processes to support large datasets and analytics workloads • Develop and enhance Power BI dashboards, reports, datasets, and semantic models • Translate reporting and analytics needs into efficient technical solutions and visual outcomes • Ensure data quality, reliability, and scalability across pipelines and reporting layers • Tune SQL queries, Synapse workloads, and Power BI models for performance and usability • Integrate data from cloud and on-premise sources into curated analytics layers • Follow data governance, security, and access best practices within Azure ecosystems

• Architect and implement Amazon Connect–based contact center solutions • Design contact flows, IVR, routing, queues, and agent experiences • Deliver POCs, pilots, and full-scale deployments • Integrate Amazon Connect with AWS services (Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, API Gateway) • Integrate with CRM and backend systems (Salesforce, ServiceNow, Zendesk, custom platforms) • Enable omnichannel capabilities (voice, chat, tasks) • Implement analytics and insights using Amazon Connect Contact Lens • Ensure best practices for security, scalability, and cost optimization • Collaborate with internal engineering teams and AWS partner stakeholders

• Lead the charge in building our IT staffing practice by identifying, engaging, and closing new client partnerships. • Focus on net new business, consultative selling, and owning the sales cycle from lead to close. • Hunt, identify, and secure new logos across mid-market and enterprise clients. • Develop strategic sales plans tailored to client talent needs. • Build relationships with decision-makers: hiring managers, procurement leads, and C-level stakeholders. • Collaborate closely with delivery teams to ensure rapid, quality staffing fulfillment. • Lead negotiations, proposals, and contract closures with strong business acumen. • Track industry trends to position AES as a trusted IT staffing partner.

• Architect and deliver Generative AI solutions using AWS Bedrock • Build GenAI POCs, pilots, and MVPs • Work with foundation models (Claude, Titan, Llama, etc.) • Design and implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures • Build scalable GenAI platforms, including vector databases and embedding pipelines • Integrate GenAI into cloud-native and containerized architectures • Collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams • Evaluate new AWS AI services and recommend best-fit solutions • Translate ambiguous ideas into working GenAI systems

• Gather needs from stakeholders and translate them into user stories and system requirements. • Define product enhancements involving data models, business rules, and permissions. • Own backlog prioritization and ensure delivery readiness for sprint execution. • Coordinate rollout readiness with product, sales, marketing, and service teams. • Communicate priorities, timelines, risks, and dependencies effectively.

• Develop and execute a strategic alliance growth plan targeting IT staffing firms, MSPs, and government contractors • Identify organizations with urgent or unmet workforce needs and position AES as the go-to partner • Conduct market and company research to uncover high-value partnership opportunities • Build and sustain executive-level relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment and trust • Communicate AES’s differentiated value proposition clearly, tailored to partner priorities • Negotiate agreements —teaming, subcontracting, and joint go-to-market initiatives—to expand AES’s footprint • Collaborate with internal teams (delivery, recruiting, operations) to ensure seamless execution • Represent AES at industry events, conferences, and forums to enhance visibility and credibility

• Architect and deploy cloud-native solutions on AWS • Design and implement containerized workloads using Docker, Amazon EKS, ECS, and AWS Fargate • Build and deliver POCs, pilots, and MVPs with rapid turnaround • Design microservices-based architectures • Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines for containerized applications • Ensure solutions meet security, scalability, reliability, and performance best practices • Document architectures, design patterns, and operational guidelines • Provide guidance on AWS architecture standards and cost optimization
