• Prospect and identify potential clients by researching and qualifying leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and other sales tactics. • Conduct outbound calls and engage in proactive outreach to educate prospects about our Employer of Record services, identify their needs, and schedule meetings or demos for the sales team. • Qualify leads and gather key information to assess their potential as prospective clients. • Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop and implement effective strategies for lead generation and pipeline development. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all activities, interactions, and prospecting details in the CRM system. • Collaborate with marketing to provide feedback on campaigns and identify opportunities for improvement. • Keep up to date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to effectively position our EOR services and differentiate our offerings. • Actively participate in team meetings, share insights, and contribute ideas to enhance sales and lead generation processes. • Meet or exceed monthly targets for qualified leads, meetings scheduled, and revenue generated.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in sales development, lead generation, or similar roles.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively engage with prospects and build rapport.
- Excellent phone etiquette and the ability to handle objections and rejection professionally and persistently.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing opportunities.
- Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in using sales tools and technologies.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, supporting sales initiatives and goals.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of the Employer of Record industry, HR outsourcing, or related services is a plus.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changes and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

• Define the short and long-term vision for EarnIn’s Marketplace, in collaboration with EarnIn leadership. • Source, develop, negotiate and execute partnerships to drive growth of EarnIn’s Marketplace. • Build, manage and grow relationships with existing partners within the EarnIn Marketplace. • Establish yourself as a trusted business partner to EarnIn’s business owners and cross functional internal stakeholders (Finance, Product, Engineering, Legal). • Foster strong relationships with key external partners to drive EarnIn’s competitive advantage, product/customer experience and accelerate growth. • Act as the primary business owner for partner integrations, closely collaborating with Product and Engineering to ensure an optimal user experience and timely execution. • Stay abreast of key industry and competitive trends to inform strategy.
• The primary KPI for this role will be revenue growth (measured in both new logos and growth of existing accounts) alongside client satisfaction scores and team health on managed accounts. • Identify target accounts to optimize services and communicate TELUS Digital's capabilities to clients • Competently articulate product features to implement technology solutions successfully • You’ll collaborate with our Solutions Architects and Product teams to craft executive-level proposals, pitches, and SOWs for prospective and existing clients • Cultivate and extend existing C-level relationships with current clients • You’ll team up with our delivery leadership to respond to opportunities and team-sell through RFP responses or other types of sales cycles • Advise TELUS Digital’s internal teams on industry and vendor trends to remain well-positioned to assist our clients • You must have the ability to travel up to 25% for client visits, pitches, and conferences
