• Agile Coaching: Guide teams in adopting and following agile principles, practices, and ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint review, sprint retrospective). • Team Facilitation: Facilitate effective team dynamics, conflict resolution, and decision-making. • Process Improvement: Continuously improve teams' agile processes and identify opportunities for optimization. • Impediment Removal: Remove impediments that hinder the teams’ progress and escalate issues as needed. • Product Backlog Management: Support Product Managers in refining and prioritizing the product backlog. • Release Planning: Contribute to release planning and ensure alignment with the overall product roadmap. • Quality Assurance: Promote a quality-first mindset and ensure the team adheres to development standards and best practices. • Collaboration: Collaborate with other Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and coordination. • CI/CD: Understand and support the team's CI/CD pipeline using GitLab Ultimate SaaS. • Security Focus: Ensure the team adheres to security best practices and collaborates with security teams to address vulnerabilities. A knowledge of Threat Modeling will be advantageous.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Technical Scrum Master in a software development environment.
  • A formal Scrum qualification or learning path.
  • Strong software development background with practical experience.
  • In-depth understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and frameworks.
  • Experience using Metrics (Cycle Time, Work in Progress, Throughput, Flow Efficiency) to improve predictability and optimize team performance.
  • Ability to interpret and act on value‑stream insights to remove bottlenecks and optimize lead time.
  • Ability to identify issues in the team and facilitate team dynamics and resolve conflicts.
  • Strong organizational, time management skills and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence and GitLab is preferred.
  • Knowledge of security concepts and practices is desirable.
