• Coach y facilitador de dos equipos Scrum para entregar incrementos de alta calidad, fortalecer la autoorganización y vivir los valores y principios ágiles. • Planificar y facilitar todos los eventos Scrum/SAFe (Daily, Refinement, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retros, PI Planning, Inspect & Adapt), gestionar los plazos, resolver problemas y capacitar a los miembros del equipo en metodologías ágiles. • Identificar, priorizar y eliminar bloqueadores con rapidez; gestionar escalaciones estructuradas y asegurar un seguimiento y resolución integrales. • Colaborar con los Product Owners para asegurar claridad de requisitos, dependencias, prioridades, Definition of Ready/Done y un estado transparente de los elementos de trabajo. • Utilizar métricas ágiles y de flujo (por ejemplo, velocidad, WIP, tiempo de ciclo/entrega, previsibilidad, eficiencia de flujo, defectos escapados) para dirigir el progreso del equipo y promover la mejora continua. • Alinear proactivamente con los responsables de negocio, arquitectos, equipos de plataforma, QA y operaciones.

Job Requirements

  • Título universitario en Administración de Empresas, Informática, Gestión de la Información, Ingeniería o un área relacionada; o experiencia práctica equivalente.
  • Experiencia demostrada como Scrum Master en entornos complejos y globales, idealmente con equipos híbridos (colaboradores internos y externos).
  • Sólido entendimiento de SAFe y experiencia práctica en contextos de ART; facilidad para facilitar eventos de PI e Inspect & Adapt.
  • Habilidades demostradas en la gestión de impedimentos, incidentes y emergencias en entornos de producción o de misión crítica (incluida la gestión de incidentes mayores).
  • Comodidad trabajando con KPIs y métricas de flujo para informar decisiones y mejoras.
  • Certificaciones como PSM/PSPO, CSM/CSPO, SAFe SM, RTE y/o ITIL 4.
  • Inglés fluido; idiomas adicionales (por ejemplo, alemán o español) son una ventaja.
