Cross-Functional Collaboration - Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions. - Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to deliver effective CRM solutions. - Document system architecture, processes, and user manuals for reference and training purposes. Must-Have Experience & Skills - 3–5+ years of Salesforce Administration experience. - Hands-on Salesforce development experience (Apex, Flow, Lightning Web Components). - Strong understanding of Salesforce data model and security architecture. - Proven ability to build and optimize reports and dashboards. - Experience with third-party integrations and API connectivity. - Salesforce Administrator Certification (required). - Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (strong plus). - Familiarity with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud or HubSpot integrations. - Understanding of CI/CD processes and DevOps tools. - Experience working in fast-paced or startup environments preferred.
