Senior Salesforce Developer - Communications Cloud

CTG is seeking to fill a Senior Salesforce Developer - Communications Cloud position for our client. Location: RemoteDuration: 12 months Key Responsibilities: - Design and deliver high-level Salesforce solutions with a focus on Communications Cloud / Vlocity. - Lead Enterprise Cart Management (ECM) and complex product modeling initiatives. - Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and compliant solution blueprints. - Define integration patterns and guide development teams through implementation. - Optimize Salesforce CPQ, order management flows, and overall Salesforce ecosystem. - Ensure seamless integration with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud, and MuleSoft. Required Skills & Expertise: - Salesforce Communications Cloud / Vlocity, including CPQ and order management. - Broad Salesforce knowledge: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud. - Data Cloud and MuleSoft integration experience. - Strong architectural, problem-solving, and technical leadership capabilities. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience: - Proven Salesforce Developer or Architect experience with Communications Cloud / Vlocity. - Hands-on experience with complex product modeling and ECM. - Experience leading development teams and delivering enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions. Education: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience). Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
