Job Requirements

  • 10+ years of sales experience, including territory management and complex accounts
  • Strong communication, active listening, and consultative selling skills
  • Proven ability to grow business and maintain long-term customer relationships
  • Experience in the turf, pest, horticulture, or related industries preferred
  • Comfortable using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and sales reporting tools
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
