Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. - Minimum of 3 years experience in customer success, account management, or sales within the logistics or transportation industry. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach. - Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities. - Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
