• This role sits at the heart of our Commercial team and blends high-performance sales with strategic customer relationship development. • Manage the full sales cycle, from identifying prospects and building a pipeline through to closing bookings, developing relationships, and executing post-event follow-up. • Identify and research high-quality prospects across relevant sectors, job titles, and organisations. • Work with SAP partners and other stakeholders to build targeted attendee lists and maintain a healthy pipeline. • Own the full sales cycle from first contact through to confirmed delegate bookings, consistently meeting or exceeding KPIs. • Build trust-based relationships with delegates to encourage multi-event attendance, retention, and long-term engagement.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in delegate sales, inside sales, or customer engagement, ideally in B2B events or conferences.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills with the ability to engage senior-level professionals.
- Comfortable working to outreach, conversion, and revenue targets.
- Experience managing a sales pipeline with CRM tools (HubSpot desirable).
- Organised, proactive, commercially minded, and customer focused.

• Drive New Business: Identify potential physician partners unfamiliar with H-Wave, schedule presentations, and demonstrate how our technology can transform their practice and patient outcomes. • Consultative Selling: Understand each physician’s needs, offer tailored solutions, and secure commitments to trial and adopt H-Wave. • Process Implementation: Collaborate with physicians and their staff to set up new workflows for identifying patient candidates and placing orders. • Become a Product Expert: Master H-Wave’s technology, best practices, and clinical applications to confidently educate healthcare professionals and patients. • Long-Term Relationship Management: Nurture ongoing partnerships with physician offices, ensuring consistent support, satisfaction, and success in patient care.
