Medical Payroll Coordinator

• Perform all duties related to CHE payroll function, including the review, correction, and approval of payroll data prior to processing paychecks. • Ensure clinicians are paid at authorized rates and in compliance with company policies and IRS regulations. • Enter and update rates when fee structures or pay schedules change. • Collaborate with clinical staff to confirm that services provided are accurately reported and paid at correct rates in a timely manner. • Respond promptly and professionally to requests for information and payroll-related inquiries in accordance with established standards and procedures. • Assist with regular payroll reconciliations to maintain accuracy and compliance. • Support process improvements and contribute to maintaining a smooth, compliant, and efficient payroll operation.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Mathematics preferred; or US Healthcare Payroll experience is a must
  • Familiarity with CPT codes is crucial for the success of the role
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, payroll systems, and other relevant software
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
