• Lead small teams to conduct open-source policy research and data analysis to support long-term recovery planning and hazard mitigation grant application development. • Scope and manage grants in accordance with federal policy requirements, guidelines, and best practices. • Support project managers with implementing grant application intake, including oversight and quality assurance reviews for policy compliance. • Support technical leads with developing hazard mitigation and long-term recovery and resilience strategies and planning documents, including benefit-cost analyses and grant funding roadmaps for project implementation. • Develop first drafts of written products (e.g., grant applications, grant funding strategies, checklists, reports, etc.) and tools (e.g., dashboards, etc.) to support the design and implementation of client projects. • Develop agendas and deliver presentations to clients and other contractors to support project implementation activities. • Support project managers with deliverable reviews and budget and schedule tracking for deliverable submission. • Assist with business development activities, including proposal writing, white papers, opinion pieces, and other marketing support.

Role Description As our Sonographer, you will utilize advanced sonographic equipment to record detailed images of blood, organs, tissues, and bodily masses, including unborn fetuses, providing critical visual data for diagnosis and prenatal care. - Directly interact with patients, explaining procedures, answering questions, and preparing them for scans. - Meticulously operate sonographic equipment, adjusting settings and patient positions to ensure clear, diagnostic images. - Monitor and care for patients to ensure their safety and comfort. - Select and examine images for pathologies, and present preliminary findings to Physicians. - Assess patients and their abilities to participate in ordered procedures. - Provide a clear explanation of the procedure including duration, process, and what to expect following completion. - Provide patient education as appropriate. - Obtain patient consent for care and ensure patient confidentiality. - Select proper equipment, setting correct technical factors, procedure protocols, and gathering proper supplies prior to performance of the procedure. - Obtain clear and complete history from the patient and/or patient record and record that data into patient record to assist in image interpretation and future patient encounters. - Perform quality assessment of images obtained and evaluate equipment issues, escalating concerns as indicated. $10,000 Sign on Bonus paid out over 2 years of employment. • Be responsible for prioritizing tasks and collaborating daily with the team and clients to understand new software requests; • Define and prioritize backlog items in alignment with business objectives; • Elicit and specify functional requirements, understanding and representing users' needs; • Map business rules, user journeys and acceptance criteria; • Analyze metrics and UI (Interface) and UX (User Experience) criteria; • Guide and monitor the development of new features and product improvements; • Test new functionalities delivered by the development team at the interface and business-rule levels; • Conduct user acceptance processes for new functionalities together with Key Users and Stakeholders; • Manage the product backlog and related activities using tools such as Jira and Confluence; • Act as a bridge between business needs and the development team, communicating ideas clearly and helping the team achieve the product vision.
