• Be responsible for prioritizing tasks and collaborating daily with the team and clients to understand new software requests; • Define and prioritize backlog items in alignment with business objectives; • Elicit and specify functional requirements, understanding and representing users' needs; • Map business rules, user journeys and acceptance criteria; • Analyze metrics and UI (Interface) and UX (User Experience) criteria; • Guide and monitor the development of new features and product improvements; • Test new functionalities delivered by the development team at the interface and business-rule levels; • Conduct user acceptance processes for new functionalities together with Key Users and Stakeholders; • Manage the product backlog and related activities using tools such as Jira and Confluence; • Act as a bridge between business needs and the development team, communicating ideas clearly and helping the team achieve the product vision.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Information Technology or related fields;
- Strong experience in requirements elicitation and specification and mapping business rules;
- Practical experience in planning, prioritizing and tracking the software feature lifecycle;
- Proficiency in backlog management and writing acceptance criteria;
- Knowledge of analyzing delivery outcome metrics;
- Experience with project management tools (Jira and Confluence);
- Basic knowledge of UI/UX for interface analysis and user needs;
- Experience with functional testing via the interface and acceptance testing;
- Strong communication skills for leading meetings with stakeholders and facilitating rituals.
- The following will be considered a plus:**
- Experience with SAP Business One;
- Knowledge of the logistics sector (WMS) and transportation (TMS);
- Prior experience with agile methodologies and product-oriented strategic thinking;
- Knowledge in competitive and market analysis;
- Certifications related to Requirements Analysis, Product Owner or Business Analysis.
