• Conduct or contribute to qualitative analyses in support of technical deliverables. • Gather accurate, credible information on a subject and summarize the findings in support of technical deliverables. • Draft and support the completion of program communication products. • Review, edit and format technical reports and deliverables and ensure compliant uploads to donor repositories. • Input information into relevant databases and project trackers, support monitoring and evaluation processes, and link project data with required client reporting. • Assist organizing and coordination internal and external meetings, record meeting minutes, and ensure follow-up on next steps. • Provide ongoing support in monitoring, tracking, and troubleshooting program implementation. • Coordinate compliance with Winrock’s policies, procedures and contractual obligations for procurement, subcontracts, HR, consultants’ agreements, financial transactions (including client invoicing and consultant reimbursements), project closeout, or any other project management task. • Support project leads on internal and external client communications as directed. • Budget management support: Update project budgets and monitor spending levels as directed. • Prepare and disseminate routine internal coordination reports documenting programmatic activities and administrative/operational/financial tasks’ status and action points. • Track spending across multiple projects for Sustainability Services. • Compile or prepare documentation for consultant agreements, partner agreements, and procurements. • Manage logistics for events such as project presentations, team retreats, meetings and conferences, and other outreach efforts.

• Responsible for performing geoprocessing activities using various types of satellite imagery and software related to the collection, processing, analysis, and visualization of geospatial data, following the company's methodologies and procedures. • Perform tasks related to image classification and analysis for purposes such as land use and land cover, change detection, thematic mapping, and others. • Analysis, editing, and digitizing/vectorizing of geographic data. • Use Geographic Information System (GIS) tools and other company systems to carry out analyses and processing to generate geospatial information. • Produce information to populate spatial databases. • Assist in the preparation of manuals and documentation for geospatial processes. • Perform other related activities as directed by leadership.

• Manage ongoing financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial statement analysis. • Evaluate and manage financial aspects of key strategic projects, providing insight into project viability, funding, and risk management. • Apply advanced analytical techniques to financial data, enabling predictive insights, trend analysis, and strategic forecasting. • Lead the development of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and monthly financial reports. • Develop and present financial analysis both visually and verbally to business leaders. • Conduct detailed analyses for purposes of investment initiatives and capital allocation.
