Nordware

• Lead the implementation of Nordware solutions (Bahn, Platz, Roter and Sigur) for clients using SAP Business One • Map client processes and configure the solutions to fit their operational and business scenarios • Prepare functional scopes for development of customizations required by the project • Write BBP (Business Blueprint) documents to capture processes with the client • Provide training to clients on Nordware system functionalities • Analyze logs in an investigative manner to identify root causes of errors and resolve data conflicts • Act as the technical liaison between the client, the development team and the project manager • Monitor delivery schedules and communicate status clearly to all stakeholders • Manage multiple projects concurrently, prioritizing by impact and deadlines • Document lessons learned and contribute to the team knowledge base • Occasionally participate in on-site events at company headquarters or visit clients (availability for occasional travel)

• Act on the functional analysis of requests, translating business needs into clear, structured, and understandable specifications for the technical team. • Prepare functional and technical documentation, detailing flows, business rules, integrations, exceptions, and use cases, with support from the development team when necessary. • Work together with the Product Owner on backlog refinement, ensuring that requests are ready for development (Definition of Ready). • Interact with developers to assess technical feasibility, identify risks, dependencies, and potential impacts on existing solutions. • Lead requirements-gathering sessions with stakeholders (internal and/or external), ensuring a complete understanding of needs. • Define and document clear and measurable acceptance criteria for each request. • Support the team in effort estimation by collecting and consolidating estimates from developers. • Validate deliveries by performing functional tests and ensuring the results meet the acceptance criteria before release. • Identify inconsistencies, gaps, or improvement opportunities during the development and validation cycle. • Collaborate with the support team in analyzing incidents, contributing functional diagnostics and root cause identification.

• Be responsible for prioritizing tasks and collaborating daily with the team and clients to understand new software requests; • Define and prioritize backlog items in alignment with business objectives; • Elicit and specify functional requirements, understanding and representing users' needs; • Map business rules, user journeys and acceptance criteria; • Analyze metrics and UI (Interface) and UX (User Experience) criteria; • Guide and monitor the development of new features and product improvements; • Test new functionalities delivered by the development team at the interface and business-rule levels; • Conduct user acceptance processes for new functionalities together with Key Users and Stakeholders; • Manage the product backlog and related activities using tools such as Jira and Confluence; • Act as a bridge between business needs and the development team, communicating ideas clearly and helping the team achieve the product vision.
