Role Description As our Sonographer, you will utilize advanced sonographic equipment to record detailed images of blood, organs, tissues, and bodily masses, including unborn fetuses, providing critical visual data for diagnosis and prenatal care. - Directly interact with patients, explaining procedures, answering questions, and preparing them for scans. - Meticulously operate sonographic equipment, adjusting settings and patient positions to ensure clear, diagnostic images. - Monitor and care for patients to ensure their safety and comfort. - Select and examine images for pathologies, and present preliminary findings to Physicians. - Assess patients and their abilities to participate in ordered procedures. - Provide a clear explanation of the procedure including duration, process, and what to expect following completion. - Provide patient education as appropriate. - Obtain patient consent for care and ensure patient confidentiality. - Select proper equipment, setting correct technical factors, procedure protocols, and gathering proper supplies prior to performance of the procedure. - Obtain clear and complete history from the patient and/or patient record and record that data into patient record to assist in image interpretation and future patient encounters. - Perform quality assessment of images obtained and evaluate equipment issues, escalating concerns as indicated. $10,000 Sign on Bonus paid out over 2 years of employment. Qualifications - Graduate of a Diagnostic Medical Sonography program. - Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association. - ARDMS board certification within 6 months of hire. - 6-9 months of ultrasound experience preferred. • Be responsible for prioritizing tasks and collaborating daily with the team and clients to understand new software requests; • Define and prioritize backlog items in alignment with business objectives; • Elicit and specify functional requirements, understanding and representing users' needs; • Map business rules, user journeys and acceptance criteria; • Analyze metrics and UI (Interface) and UX (User Experience) criteria; • Guide and monitor the development of new features and product improvements; • Test new functionalities delivered by the development team at the interface and business-rule levels; • Conduct user acceptance processes for new functionalities together with Key Users and Stakeholders; • Manage the product backlog and related activities using tools such as Jira and Confluence; • Act as a bridge between business needs and the development team, communicating ideas clearly and helping the team achieve the product vision.

• Conduct or contribute to qualitative analyses in support of technical deliverables. • Gather accurate, credible information on a subject and summarize the findings in support of technical deliverables. • Draft and support the completion of program communication products. • Review, edit and format technical reports and deliverables and ensure compliant uploads to donor repositories. • Input information into relevant databases and project trackers, support monitoring and evaluation processes, and link project data with required client reporting. • Assist organizing and coordination internal and external meetings, record meeting minutes, and ensure follow-up on next steps. • Provide ongoing support in monitoring, tracking, and troubleshooting program implementation. • Coordinate compliance with Winrock’s policies, procedures and contractual obligations for procurement, subcontracts, HR, consultants’ agreements, financial transactions (including client invoicing and consultant reimbursements), project closeout, or any other project management task. • Support project leads on internal and external client communications as directed. • Budget management support: Update project budgets and monitor spending levels as directed. • Prepare and disseminate routine internal coordination reports documenting programmatic activities and administrative/operational/financial tasks’ status and action points. • Track spending across multiple projects for Sustainability Services. • Compile or prepare documentation for consultant agreements, partner agreements, and procurements. • Manage logistics for events such as project presentations, team retreats, meetings and conferences, and other outreach efforts.
