Role Description CACI is seeking a Service Delivery Manager for the DHS CDM DEFEND A Service Delivery Management team. The person selected for this position will support a complex service delivery practice that includes interface with the DHS OCIO CDM POC and individual DHS Component CDM POCs to facilitate communications between the DEFEND A program and DHS Components. - Conduct CDM-specific technical exchange meetings that further CDM efforts at the Component level. - Manage individual Component-funded Requests for Services (RFS) cybersecurity-related projects, typically lasting 6 to 24 months. - Provide up-to-date information on the program’s ability to support any of the four CDM Capability areas: - Asset Management - Identity and Access Management - Network Protection - Data Protection - Support the Continuous Diagnostics and Mitigation (CDM) Program’s mission to safeguard and secure cyberspace. - Enhance the security, resilience, and reliability of the Nation’s cyber and communications infrastructure. - Defend U.S. Federal Information Technology (IT) networks from cybersecurity threats by providing continuous monitoring sensors, diagnosis, mitigation tools, and associated services. Remote role but must reside in the DMV area. Qualifications - US Citizenship required. - No clearance requirement to begin employment, but must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. - Proven work experience in business development. - Experience in building and maintaining relationships with Government leaders involved with CDM and cybersecurity project decision-making. - Hands-on experience with setting up meetings to discuss cybersecurity technical issues with Government staff. - Thorough understanding of the latest security principles, techniques, and protocols. - Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure. - BS degree in Computer Science or related field. You will support our in-house team and coordinate with our remote development partner.
