Manage the team’s backlog, prioritize sprint tasks, and ensure timely delivery of data updates. - Serve as the technical translator between the software development team and the construction Cost Engineers (SMEs), ensuring that our data models reflect the reality of the construction market. - Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders through reports, dashboards, and presentations. HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED - Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field preferred. - Required Experience: 8+ years of experience in Data Science or Machine Learning with at least 2 years in lead or project management capacity. - Advanced proficiency in Python, modeling (Scikit-learn, etc.) and SQL (querying, stored procedures) is required. - Experience with data visualization tools is required. - Demonstrable experience with "dirty data."
