Location: Remote (USA only) Annual salary: USD 90,000 to USD 120,000 Type: Contract Reports to: VP, Design The Role As Project Manager, you’ll own the day-to-day planning and execution of our OS development. You will support our in-house team and coordinate with our remote development partner. Your mission is to keep both our releases on schedule, ensuring each deliverable meets our high quality and simplicity standards. Key duties include: - Team Coordination: Drive alignment and execution across engineering, design, QA, and external partners to deliver platform milestones with clarity and urgency. - Release Planning: Lead the planning and tracking of our OS releases – including major quarterly releases and updates. - Agile Process: Facilitate sprint planning and backlog grooming; define milestones and set clear agendas for weekly leadership review meetings. - Execution & Accountability: Maintain execution momentum by keeping deliverables on track, upholding sprint cadences, and ensuring team accountability to commitments. - Cross-Team Communication: Act as a communications hub by aggregating issues and feedback from Slack and our Facebook community, and ensuring all stakeholders stay aligned and informed. - Tools Management: Maintain project tools (Jira, Notion): keep sprint boards updated, ensure feature specs and processes are documented in Notion, and organize all tracking systems. - Stakeholder Alignment: Promote team alignment and stakeholder visibility by providing regular status updates and helping structure effective collaboration across all groups.
