• Installer et optimiser les produits et les configurations matériels sur les sites des clients • Diagnostiquer et résoudre les problèmes de performance du produit • Effectuer la maintenance et les réparations • Assurer la satisfaction de la clientèle en l'informant des opérations de maintenance préventive et des configurations susceptibles d'affecter les performances du produit • Répondre de manière proactive aux problèmes d'équipement potentiels afin d'empêcher toute interruption imprévue des activités du client • Assurer la mise en place de méthodes analytiques clients • Former d'autres ingénieurs de terrain et clients/utilisateurs aux solutions (classroom ou site client)

• Set-up Injection molding machines for mold trials/tests/run-offs • Establish robust, repeatable process parameters/processes • Use strong problem solving skills to troubleshoot molds, machines, auxiliary equipment, and processes • Trouble shoot process-related issues in the lab as well as at customer sites • Participate in activities pertaining to cycle time and process improvements at the customer site • Provide start up support at customer site to ensure timely start of production • Design and execute DOE to establish new processes and for R&D work • Review processing methods • Implement statistical process analysis on new and existing products • Develop and maintain process documentation • Assist in the development of training and provide process training at the customer • Provide equipment maintenance and repair support as required • Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and organized fashion that follows all required safety policies and regulations • Other duties as requested, directed or assigned

• Work with existing retail customers to configure and update the product, executing to the documented requirements of the project • Execute the Implementation project through all stages • Ingest and map the client’s source data to a standard data model (ETL and ELT process) • Effectively translate complex customer requirements, recommend system solutions, and help formulate detailed specifications • Leverage appropriate resources from company and customer, coordinating availability to maximize productivity • Gain a deep understanding of how our products work, how they interact with each other, and how to build reliable and reusable processes for support • Act as a problem-solving expert, proactively identifying issues, analyzing root causes, and implementing the solution effectively • Create documentation used for an on-going support

• The Platforms Engineer will be responsible for the administration, integration, and optimisation of key business platforms including ConnectWise, Microsoft 365, and Azure. • This role combines hands-on technical support, systems engineering, and process improvement to ensure seamless platform performance, reliability, and scalability. • The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting both internal teams and customers by maintaining operational excellence across core systems and implementing automation to drive efficiency.
