Platforms Engineer – ConnectWise, O365, Azure

• The Platforms Engineer will be responsible for the administration, integration, and optimisation of key business platforms including ConnectWise, Microsoft 365, and Azure. • This role combines hands-on technical support, systems engineering, and process improvement to ensure seamless platform performance, reliability, and scalability. • The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting both internal teams and customers by maintaining operational excellence across core systems and implementing automation to drive efficiency.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience administering and supporting ConnectWise, M365 platforms.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration and Azure resource management.
- Solid understanding of ITIL principles and service desk operations.
- Experience providing Level 2 and Level 3 technical support.
- Proficiency with scripting and automation tools (e.g., PowerShell, Power Automate).
- Familiarity with APIs, integration tools, and workflow automation.
- Experience managing Windows Server and networking infrastructure.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented, with strong documentation and process discipline.
- Continuous learner with a proactive approach to technology and process improvement.
