• Own the end-to-end implementation of Emi for enterprise clients, from kickoff to Go-Live • Translate business requirements into clear and actionable technical configurations • Define and manage implementation timelines, milestones, and delivery plans • Coordinate cross-functional teams (Engineering, Product, Customer Success) to ensure smooth execution • Lead client communication throughout the project, ensuring alignment, clarity, and expectations management • Identify risks early and proactively drive mitigation plans to avoid delays • Ensure high-quality delivery by validating configurations and leading QA and UAT processes • Drive structured discovery processes to fully understand client operations and hiring workflows

Job Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in project management, technical implementations, or similar roles (TPM, Solutions, Implementation, Consulting)
  • Strong ability to translate business needs into structured, technical solutions
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills — ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • High attention to detail and strong documentation skills
  • Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving and risk management capabilities
  • Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Product, Customer Success)
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth environments with ambiguity
  • Technical curiosity — ability to understand systems, integrations, and workflows (no coding required, but it’s a plus)
  • Upper-intermediate English (Portuguese is a plus)
