• Working with customers on the installation, integration, and deployment of SailPoint software and/or SaaS solutions. • Communicating to clients and partners aspects of both the solution and the implementation at the technical and functional level. • Configuring SailPoint solutions as defined by Solution Architect. • Delivering technical training designed to enable and educate SailPoint customers and implementation partners. • Building rules for customers and evaluating rules built by customers.
Job Requirements
- Portuguese business proficiency/native
- 1-3 years of professional work experience as part of a technology company with at least 1 year of customer facing experience
- Experience setting up and installing software on both Windows and Linux platforms
- Database Knowledge in one or more of the following: Oracle, Sybase, MSSQL, MySQL
- Experience with enterprise directories such as Microsoft Active Directory and LDAP
- Familiarity with networking principles: SSL/TLS/HTTPS, Certificate Management, Basic TCP/IP troubleshooting
- Experience reading and writing any of the following programming languages: Java, BeanShell/JavaScript/TypeScript, JSP/Servlets, Linux/Unix, SQL, PowerShell, Python, Ruby, C#, C++.

This includes: - LLM powered applications - RAG-based document intelligence - Chatbots - Copilots - Autonomous AI agents Specifically, this role will: - Assist in the discovery and evaluation of potential AI applications for the company’s products and operations. - Advise on the plan for, and prioritization of, potential applications. - Coordinate resources required for the design and development of the applications within the company’s AI platform & architecture, as defined by the Chief Technology Officer and Chief Architect. This role will also work closely with the company’s Enterprise Program Management function regarding the discovery, prioritization, and strategic alignment of planned applications. The ideal candidate will have expertise in LLMs, agent frameworks, and modern AI infrastructure, with the ability to design intelligent, autonomous systems that enhance operational efficiency and accelerate innovation.
