Role Description The AI Transformation Consultant is a strategic and hands-on role responsible for providing technical guidance to the organization with regard to Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions. This role will help shape RegEd’s AI roadmap, evaluate emerging technologies, guide investment decisions, and deliver production-grade AI applications. This includes: - LLM powered applications - RAG-based document intelligence - Chatbots - Copilots - Autonomous AI agents Specifically, this role will: - Assist in the discovery and evaluation of potential AI applications for the company’s products and operations. - Advise on the plan for, and prioritization of, potential applications. - Coordinate resources required for the design and development of the applications within the company’s AI platform & architecture, as defined by the Chief Technology Officer and Chief Architect. This role will also work closely with the company’s Enterprise Program Management function regarding the discovery, prioritization, and strategic alignment of planned applications. The ideal candidate will have expertise in LLMs, agent frameworks, and modern AI infrastructure, with the ability to design intelligent, autonomous systems that enhance operational efficiency and accelerate innovation. Success requires strong engineering fundamentals, adaptability, and the ability to communicate complex AI concepts to both technical and business stakeholders. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, AI/ML, or related field. - 7+ years of experience, including proven experience with AI/ML systems. - Applicable experience with: - LLMs and agentic workflows - RAG architectures and semantic search - Vector databases and embeddings - Prompt engineering and evaluation methodologies. - Production experience with cloud AI environments. - Strong understanding of secure architecture, privacy considerations, and enterprise-scale systems. - Proven ability to translate complex AI concepts into clear business outcomes. - Clear enterprise AI architecture adopted across teams. - Production-grade AI systems delivering measurable operational efficiency. - Established governance and evaluation standards for responsible AI. - Cross-functional alignment on AI roadmap and investments. Travel Operations at Duffel The Travel Ops team is there to handle all types of queries related to bookings- whether that's voluntary changes requested by the passenger or involuntary changes initiated from the airline's side. We work with our customers to make sure that the travellers get great customer service. This role is more than a typical customer support job. You may have experience of one or more of the following roles: Travel Advisor, Travel Agent, Travel Consultant, Travel Sales Consultant, Ticketing Agent, Travel Counsellor. What we're looking for in you - Must be able to work Pacific Time business hours, with some flexibility on shift patterns. - At least 3 years worth of experience using a GDS (Travelport/Galileo or Sabre preferred) - Strong knowledge of air fares, ticketing, re-issues and refunds - Experience with NDC systems such as Farelogix SPRK, IAG TAP strongly preferred - Ability to think outside-the-box and willingness to go the extra mile - Customer obsessed, you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer service - Experience using Zendesk for customer support queries is preferred (Voice, Chat & Email channels) - Previous experience with BSP Link or ARC knowledge is preferable What you'll be doing - You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, handling incoming emails, calls and live chat messages to assist with their queries - Bringing back client feedback and insights to help our team build better products and improve our customer journey - Supporting with other team functions such as but not limited to reconciliation, management of ADMs and training new team members - Building relationships with travellers & travel sellers using the Duffel platform - Acting as an escalation point when needed for the Outsource Team - May be required to work some weekends What you can expect from us We’re dedicated to your personal growth.
