Role Description The AI Transformation Consultant is a strategic and hands-on role responsible for providing technical guidance to the organization with regard to Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions. This role will help shape RegEd’s AI roadmap, evaluate emerging technologies, guide investment decisions, and deliver production-grade AI applications. This includes: - LLM powered applications - RAG-based document intelligence - Chatbots - Copilots - Autonomous AI agents Specifically, this role will: - Assist in the discovery and evaluation of potential AI applications for the company’s products and operations. - Advise on the plan for, and prioritization of, potential applications. - Coordinate resources required for the design and development of the applications within the company’s AI platform & architecture, as defined by the Chief Technology Officer and Chief Architect. This role will also work closely with the company’s Enterprise Program Management function regarding the discovery, prioritization, and strategic alignment of planned applications. The ideal candidate will have expertise in LLMs, agent frameworks, and modern AI infrastructure, with the ability to design intelligent, autonomous systems that enhance operational efficiency and accelerate innovation. Success requires strong engineering fundamentals, adaptability, and the ability to communicate complex AI concepts to both technical and business stakeholders. Role Description As a member of our Professional Services team, you will be responsible for implementing compliance and risk management software applications for financial services and banking clients. The Implementation Consultant will be one of the first post-sale points of contact for the client and will own the implementation process for one or more software products all the way through to launch. The implementation cycle includes: - Requirements gathering - Configuration - Functional testing - Guiding clients through user acceptance testing - Coordinating product launch Although the Implementation Consultant is responsible for the entire implementation lifecycle, there is a strong emphasis on software configuration, and this position requires configuring complex software applications. Responsibilities - Consultatively work with clients to define their product needs and guide them through the requirements gathering process for RegEd’s web-based applications. - Partner with clients to define future state business processes and workflows to ensure the defined product configuration will meet the business needs. - Create and maintain client-specific project plans, ensure resources are scheduled accordingly to deliver on time, and offer suggestions to mitigate risks and avoid delays. - Provide detailed documentation of client-specific requirements, configure web-based applications per the documented requirements, and perform thorough functional testing of the configured applications. - Create client-specific templates for importing historical data; run test imports, validate imported data, and work with client to review/approve. - Manage client expectations for their implementation and deliver top quality customer service throughout the process. - Build strong relationships with client team members, work successfully under pressure, maintain a positive attitude, and meet client project deadlines in an efficient and professional manner. - Act as an internal subject matter expert for assigned products, providing input and feedback to internal teams responsible for product enhancements and evolutions, as well as training clients on the use of the application and answering their questions regarding functionality and usage. Role Description The Senior Project Manager works to bring a unified project management presentation to the client, monitoring and reporting on the various implementations as they move through the requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and training phases of their respective implementations. They will set deadlines, provide feedback, and communicate with clients about the status of their project. Additionally, the successful Senior Project Manager will understand the intricacies of each project and adapt the project plan accordingly. Responsibilities - Responsible for delivering budgeted revenue for renewal accounts. - Responsible for management of client relationships to ensure client satisfaction, retention, growth, and reference ability. - Evaluate client product and feature adoption. - Complete annual reviews for all target clients. - Lead client standing meetings and participate in stakeholders' meetings. - Accompany sales/Executives/managers on visits to top clients. - Ensure Salesforce is used fully and up to date. - Excellent written and verbal skills. - Very organized with the ability to learn quickly, understand, and address escalated situations. - Highly motivated, flexible, and responsive. - Excellent time management and organizational skills, along with the ability to work well under pressure. - Knowledge of the insurance and/or securities licensing industry. - Ability to apply significant knowledge of industry trends and developments to improve service to our clients. - Ability to set customers’ expectations appropriately. - Travel up to 15%. Qualifications - 10+ years project management experience required; software implementation or similar experience preferred. - Excellent project management skills and strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Project, Outlook, Word, and Excel, required. - Strong communication skills (internal and client audiences); consistent, positive attitude; professional, responsive, results-oriented, effective problem solver who seeks to understand how issues arise and prevent them from recurring; natural leader/driver. Pay Transparency The compensation range for this position is $85,000 - $145,000. RegEd takes a market-based approach to pay. Your actual pay is based on your unique background, pertinent experience, work location, and qualifications. In addition to competitive base pay and bonus program participation, RegEd’s total compensation package also includes our comprehensive benefits package in addition to vacation, sick, volunteer time off, and paid parental leave.
