Job Requirements

The Trail Construction Operator is a construction-based, non-exempt, hourly paid position responsible for assisting IMBA Trail Solutions (TS) with mountain bike trail construction and operational duties. Work includes physical labor, the use of hand tools, heavy equipment operations, tool and equipment maintenance/repair, and executing projects within the outlined scope of work. The position assumes a variable schedule depending on workload, from 0 - 50+ hours per week, 7 days a week depending on project schedules, weather and other variables. A typical work week is Mon-Fri, 45 hours a week. Extensive travel is required. While traveling lodging, ME&I and mileage are covered at or near GSA rates. LOCATION: The Trail Construction Operator position is a remote home-based position requiring extended travel throughout the United States. COMPENSATION: The Trail Construction Operator position has an hourly rate of $23 - $34 per hour. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Project Execution: - Ability to operate heavy equipment in a variety of terrain with the primary machine being excavators. - Ability to conduct 45 - 50+ hours manual labor per week. - Ability to construct sustainable and creative mountain biking tails. - Design and construct trail and features per specifications and client expectations. - Provide TS Director of Construction and Operations, TS Construction Manager, and TS Project Managers with project status updates. - Perform and inspect work for compliance with terms and specifications of contract. - Purchase and ensure materials are on-site as needed. - Work in a variety of situations including remote and urban trail construction. - Ability to travel for prolonged periods of time while scheduled on projects. Personnel: - Ability to work independently and be self-motivated. - Support other TS staff in the completion of duties. Business Development: - Maintain positive and professional representation of IMBA at all times. Administration: - Assist with collecting trail data including billable units and trail length and reporting them accurately in daily logs. - Implement policies, procedures, risk management protocols and safety guidelines for the Trail Solution program. Billable Goal: - 100% of hours devoted to contracted project tasks.
• Follow all Bender Inc. Safety Policies and Procedures, as well as the safety requirements of our customers where applicable. • Immediate reporting of any safety violations or concerns. • Perform on site commission and periodic testing of power distribution equipment for Health Care Facilities according to NFPA 99 standard. • Train installation contractors, hospital staff, and 3rd party service partners on proper use and maintenance of BENDER products and solutions. • Compile data and prepare professional test report packages for customer record. • Provide on call (24/7) technical product field support service. • Troubleshoot and perform basic warranty analysis and repair of on-site equipment. • Continuously update and improve BENDER and competitor product knowledge. • Provide internal stakeholders, identified facility administration, and key maintenance personnel for promotion of annual testing and maintenance contracts. • Report customer feedback for quality, marketing, and new product development. • Mentor associated interns as required. • Complete reports and metrics as required by management. • Assist in the development and continual maintenance of process, procedures, and supporting documentation as required by management. • Provide input to operations, marketing, and engineering to continually optimize inter-department workflows. • Assist in the active promotion of retrofit, accessory, and custom application sales. • Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

• Install, repair, and maintain Organ Care Systems at internal and external customer sites • Independently manage an assigned region, ensuring all Transmedics devices and equipment are repaired and serviced in a compliant and timely manner • Complete reports and documentation for service activities in a timely and accurate manner • Enter data from the completed service activities into the required databases in a timely manner • Maintain test equipment utilized in service activities • Drive customer satisfaction through service excellence • Perform other TransMedics tasks and duties as assigned/required.
