• Accountant for multiple clients – including Ultra High Net Worth Families, Businesses and Private Foundations • Receive, approve, and maintain monthly vendor invoices, cut checks and record monthly activity in accounting software • Prepare and record monthly and quarterly invoicing, receivables, credit card allocations and intercompany transactions • Reconcile bank and investment statements • Process payroll for clients and help with quarterly reports. • Maintain fixed assets in fixed asset software and keep depreciation updated • Prepare monthly financial statements and other reports as needed. • Work with client advisors to provide them with reports and documents as needed • Assists tax professionals with tax information as needed • Provide exceptional customer service and build rapport with clients • Other duties will be determined and discussed
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college
- 3 plus years accounting experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Familiarity with bookkeeping software such as Quickbooks, Bill.com, Xero or Harvest
- Clear communicator with strong interpersonal writing/verbal skills
- Excellent problem solving, organizational and analytical skills
- Detail oriented with high level of accuracy while maintaining efficiency
- Able to manage conflicting priorities, deadline-based tasks and simultaneous projects
