This role requires proficiency in financial systems and processes, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a deadline-oriented environment. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILTIES: New Vendor Registration: - Process new vendor registration requests through the system. - Input all necessary information for new vendors to obtain approvals. - Ensure accuracy and completeness of vendor data. New Wire Template Creation: - Create new wire templates on the company's bank websites. - Ensure templates are set up correctly for future transactions. Wire Journal Creation: - Create Wire Journals upon receiving Other Payable JEs' information (e.g., Journal number, vendor name, and code). - Confirm no duplicate payments by checking the ERP system. - Accurately input data and offset other payable journals. Cash Outgoing Summary Creation: - Utilize the Finance team's Excel template to create Cash Outgoing Summaries. - Input necessary data into the template and ensure accuracy. Prepare Wire Initiates: - Set up wire initiates based on the Cash Outgoing Summary using the company's bank wire templates. - Follow proper procedures to ensure timely and accurate wire transfers. Daily Payment Journal: - Offset other payable Journals using daily bank statements to complete the daily payment journal. - Follow the same procedures as in the Wire Journal creation process. Daily Cash Report: - Create the daily cash report using the company's Cash Report Excel template. - Ensure all entries are accurate and up to date. QUALIFICATIONS: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field, with 1-3 years of experience in a finance role, preferably in a BPO or shared services environment. - Proficient in MS Office Suite, with strong Excel skills. - Strong numerical and analytical skills with the ability to work accurately with financial data. - Open to feedback and able to apply coaching effectively in a fast-paced environment - Excellent communication skills. - Strong attention to detail, deadline and goal oriented. - Ability to drive results in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.

GENERAL PURPOSE: Responsible for ensuring the accurate processing of invoices through the Symbeo and Ariba systems in an efficient and timely manner. Ability to be a self-starter with great communication skills and knowledge of accounts payable process. The base pay range for this role is $20.29 – $29.33.
