Sales Director – APAC

Notabene

• Drive outbound and inbound sales within the APAC market. - Mandarin fluency preferred • Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, demos, negotiations, and closing • Build trust and credibility with C-level executives • Partner closely with Solutions and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth handoffs and expansions • Partner with Product and Leadership to shape enterprise roadmap feedback • Educate customers on the value of compliance in crypto transactions (Travel Rule, VASPs) • Run a disciplined enterprise pipeline, forecast accurately, and maintain clean deal hygiene in HubSpot to support predictable growth • Represent Notabene at industry events, conferences, and private meetings (travel might be required)

Job Requirements

  • 6-10 years of enterprise sales experience with proven success in financial services or in crypto infrastructure, and multi-stakeholder buying committees
  • You have consistently hit or exceeded enterprise quotas in complex, regulated environments
  • Track record of closing six-figure enterprise deals
  • Deep understanding of regulatory compliance in financial services and/or crypto
  • Based in Singapore or Hong Kong
