Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred. - 10+ years of foodservice sales or national account management experience within CPG or food manufacturing. - Demonstrated experience calling on national QSR chains or multi-unit restaurant operators. - Strong understanding of foodservice distribution and chain restaurant procurement processes. - Strategic selling and consultative account management. - Strong negotiation and contract management skills. - Financial and analytical acumen (pricing, trade spend, profitability). - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - CRM and analytics experience. - Direct experience managing accounts such as McDonald's, Burger King, Pizza Hut, KFC, Taco Bell, Chick-fil-A, or other leading chicken QSR brands. - Experience launching sauces, flavor platforms, or menu innovations into chain restaurant systems. Requirements - Travel: 40–50%. - Location: Remote (U.S.) — Preferred: Chicago, Atlanta, Dallas, Ohio, Miami, Louisiana, San Antonio. - The base salary for this position is between $120,000.00 and $140,000.00 per year. Actual compensation will depend on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience, and location. - This position may also be eligible for additional compensation and benefits, including an annual incentive bonus, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, PTO/FTO, and a 401(k) plan with company match.
