Junior Consulting Operations Manager

Solenis

• Support the delivery and coordination of consulting services and project teams across assigned regions • Assist in organizing service deployment, scheduling activities, and ensuring timely, high-quality project execution • Act as a key point of contact for customers and support the preparation and execution of project proposals • Build and maintain relationships with third-party partners, including laboratories and suppliers • Monitor and manage delivery-related costs to support financial performance targets • Assist in managing budgets, purchase orders, invoicing, and payments to consultants and third parties • Contribute to the management of digital and data systems • Collaborate with international operations teams to support global or cross-border projects • Provide technical support in project preparation and execution

Job Requirements

  • A university degree in Food Safety or a related discipline
  • Approximately 1–3 years of experience in technical, consulting, or operations roles
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Solid organizational and operational skills
  • Fluency in English and at least one additional local language (German preferred)
  • A proactive mindset with emerging leadership capabilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively in an international and fast-paced environment
