• Develop solutions to upgrade our marketing tracking that minimize manual intervention while ensuring quality and reliability. • Use AI tools to streamline and automate MarTech Ops responsibilities such as tag deployment, debugging, and monitoring signal health. • Be hands on working in tag manager and our MMP to set up new ad vendors and QA marketing tracking. • Partner with marketing and data science to deploy first party audiences for ad tracking and measurement. • Stay up to date on global privacy frameworks and regulations (e.g., ATT, GDPR) to ensure all marketing tracking practices are compliant and uphold data integrity.
Job Requirements
- 8+ years of relevant work experience, ideally in a high-growth tech startup, performance-oriented marketing organization, or agency
- Hands-on experience with paid social and performance advertising platforms such as Meta and Google
- Experience using AI tools to automate operational workflows
- Experience working with tag management systems such as Google Tag Manager, CAPI solutions and mobile measurement platforms such as Singular, AppsFlyer or Adjust
- Strong analytical skills that can adapt to new tools and capabilities
- Understanding of how privacy frameworks and regulations (such as ATT and GDPR) impact marketing measurement and tracking
- Proven ability to lead, influence, and collaborate across organizational boundaries with a track record of building strong relationships with cross-functional partners.

About the team The Major Investigations Team (MIT) is a proactive, intelligence-driven function with a global remit to investigate complex, high-risk financial crime and insider-threat cases, identify emerging risks/typologies, and drive control enhancements across Airwallex. What you'll do In this role, you will lead end-to-end insider-threat investigations across AML, CTF, sanctions, fraud, and COI risks, using complex datasets to uncover patterns and anomalies. You will develop insider-threat intelligence and share insights with Operations, Risk Product, and Commercial to strengthen controls. You will also help build and mature the insider-threat program, including policies, procedures, and training, in partnership with People, Legal, InfoSec, and Operations. Finally, you will advise senior stakeholders through clear reports and presentations while staying ahead of emerging threats and regulatory expectations.
