• Mine data from primary and secondary sources, then reorganize said data in a format that can be easily read by either human or machine. • Prepare reports for executive leadership that effectively communicate trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data. • Collaborate with programmers, engineers, and organizational leaders to identify opportunities for process improvements, recommend system modifications, and develop policies for data governance. • Use statistical tools to interpret data sets, paying particular attention to trends and patterns that could be valuable for diagnostic and predictive analytics efforts. • Create appropriate documentation that allows stakeholders to understand the steps of the data analysis process and duplicate or replicate the analysis if necessary.

• Act as a finance team subject matter expert on internal data sources and structures, contributing to the design and development of a semantic layer for enterprise and financial analytics. • Monitor and analyze financial, business, and key operational metrics to track progress towards goals and support data-driven organizational decisions. • Participate in budgeting processes and conduct variance analyses in collaboration with functional leaders and the accounting team. • Develop and manage cloud cost-attribution models from COGS to Revenue. • Perform ad-hoc analyses to support business needs. • Lead initiatives to identify inefficiencies and optimize cloud costs, leveraging both provider tools and internal dashboards to achieve significant savings. • Develop new metrics and performance reporting as the business evolves. • Create and maintain comprehensive business and technical documentation for financial data processes. • Empower others to utilize data effectively for strategic insights through advocacy and education.

• Investment Simulation and Financial Planning: Support markets with ENSUM+(Expert Net Sales Uplift Model) modelling for Expert-related financial planning. Develop and run ad-hoc investment choice simulations to inform local decisions. Empower markets with actionable insights. • Meta-Analysis and Knowledge Sharing: Consolidate ENSUM+ & Expert MMM learnings from markets to inform central analyses and business-wide applications Identify Expert growth drivers and support prioritization across BMCs. • Data Quality and Transformation: Conduct data quality audits and transform Expert-related datasets for use in MMM and other analytics. Enable reliable and accurate data for value tracking and decision-making. • Data Infrastructure and Automation Support: Transition Expert tracking data to centralised systems. Support implementation of new analytics use-cases requiring data asset access and triangulation. • KPI vs. Market Sales Analysis: Lead end-to-end analysis triangulating Expert KPIs with market share/sales data. Deliver insights to support investor relations and executive decision-making. • Testing and Validation: Design and execute new test-and-learn experiments identified in the 2026-27 roadmap. Improve predictive models and business planning assumptions. Run validation of tools/models
