• Execute targeted strategies to drive opportunities for new business growth in the construction and agriculture industries • Interact with all customers (internal and external) to build positive working relationships • Accurately work within systems, proactively monitor and update customer profiles; promptly enter and verify orders • Own the communication between customers, the sales team and the business units regarding marketplace fulfillment • Collaborate to provide professional written solutions across all sales regions and associated customers • Identify potential problems and take initiative to work within the team to coordinate a solution

• Work closely with stakeholders from different teams to collect requirements • Design and implement robust solutions for given features • Adhere to and drive modern software engineering practices through design and code reviews • Successfully launch features and improve monitoring where required for features

• Mine data from primary and secondary sources, then reorganize said data in a format that can be easily read by either human or machine. • Prepare reports for executive leadership that effectively communicate trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data. • Collaborate with programmers, engineers, and organizational leaders to identify opportunities for process improvements, recommend system modifications, and develop policies for data governance. • Use statistical tools to interpret data sets, paying particular attention to trends and patterns that could be valuable for diagnostic and predictive analytics efforts. • Create appropriate documentation that allows stakeholders to understand the steps of the data analysis process and duplicate or replicate the analysis if necessary.

• Generate new business opportunities (calling, emailing contractors) to build your sales pipeline • Research and build new accounts (i.e. adding contacts, sending emails, strategic calling, etc.) • Qualify prospective customers over the phone and educate them on why DOZR is right for their business. • Reply to inbound customer emails, phone calls, and immediate requests. • You take the lead on closing business but each sale will involve help from your DOZR teammates of course. • Achieve monthly targets of qualified opportunities, pipeline attribution and closed deals

• Build online and offline conversion optimization integrations with Facebook API • Optimize Google Analytics e-commerce goals and actions • Update Google Tag Manager with memory efficient, SEO optimized javascript tags • Write robust Javascript or Typsescript to execute on growth hacks or marketing projects • Strategize and define new growth hacking projects

• Perform audits to identify technical SEO opportunities • A/B test design, execution and evaluation for critical SEO elements • Devise creative technical SEO solutions and produce landing pages to support broader SEO strategy • Make recommendations for improved traffic and conversion metrics • Maintain responsibility for SEO growth goals • Partner and coordinate with relevant teams outside of the SEO department, including Product, Analytics, Data-Science, Marketing and Brand to find points of collaboration and shared executions • Keeping up to date with the Search landscape. Discover changes within the algorithm and wider industry changes • Create ad hoc reports for deeper dive investigations into performance trends • Analyze and recommend opportunities for link building, back linking and other opportunities to increase DOZR’s ranking and visibility in search engines • Demonstrate professionalism and a commitment to producing high quality work, with the ability to collaborate with a team in a fast-paced environment

• Perform audits to identify on-page or content related SEO opportunities • Develop optimization strategies that increase DOZR's ranking in search engines • Research SEO keywords to use throughout the company's website, blog and marketing materials • Set measurable goals that demonstrate improvement in marketing efforts • Monitor daily performance metrics to understand SEO strategy performance • Efficiently communicate with other marketing professionals to align goals • Collaborate with others within the marketing department to manage SEO strategy • Write compelling and high-quality website content, including blog posts and page descriptions • Update content and website links for maximum optimization and search engine rankings • Demonstrate professionalism and a commitment to producing high quality work, with the ability to collaborate with a team in a fast-paced environment

• Work closely with design team on new product designs • Design React components and implement them • Work with existing API as well as drive new API development • Adhere to and modern software engineering practices • Adhere to unit test development and maintain a high unit test coverage • Successfully launch features and improve monitoring where required for features

• Build regression testing checklists for new launches • Build unit and integration tests in Typescript • Conduct exploratory end to end manual testing • Coach other engineers on our quality processes • Ensure new launch deliveries meet our quality standards
