Data Analyst
DOZR
• Mine data from primary and secondary sources, then reorganize said data in a format that can be easily read by either human or machine. • Prepare reports for executive leadership that effectively communicate trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data. • Collaborate with programmers, engineers, and organizational leaders to identify opportunities for process improvements, recommend system modifications, and develop policies for data governance. • Use statistical tools to interpret data sets, paying particular attention to trends and patterns that could be valuable for diagnostic and predictive analytics efforts. • Create appropriate documentation that allows stakeholders to understand the steps of the data analysis process and duplicate or replicate the analysis if necessary.
Job Requirements
- Strong business acumen, able to translate business and analytics needs to engineers
- Experience working with Tableau and modeling data
- Scripting experience in the following languages: Javascript (typescript is a plus), python
- Experience with noSQL and SQL databases; MongoDB is an asset
- Experience working with CAC and LTV, sales and marketing attribution and customer retention
- Experience working with user journey tracking tools such as Mixpanel or Amplitude
- Experience with google analytics, google tag manager, and facebook pixel is an asset
