Senior Business Data Analyst
Sigma Software Group
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business questions and translate them into analytical requirements • Explore datasets and identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement • Design and build dashboards and analytical reports using Apache Superset, Power BI, or Tableau • Create prototypes of analytical reports and visualizations to validate ideas before development • Collaborate with Data Engineers to define data requirements and improve data structures • Contribute to the evolution of the Data Platform and reporting ecosystem • Help stakeholders interpret data and make informed decisions • Facilitate discussions around metrics, KPIs, and data quality • Prepare documentation and conduct demo sessions for stakeholders
Job Requirements
- 4–5+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business/Data Analyst
- SQL skills and experience working with complex datasets
- Practical experience with BI tools (Superset, Power BI, Tableau)
- Experience building analytical dashboards and reports
- Understanding of data modeling principles
- Experience working with data warehouses or analytical data platforms
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience analyzing business processes and documenting requirements and solution designs
- Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum)
- Upper-Intermediate level of English
