• Lead Technical Pre-Sales Engagements • Act as the primary technical advisor to the Regional Sales Team. • Lead complex technical discussions, solution architecture sessions, and risk assessments with enterprise and C-level stakeholders. • Conduct deep discovery sessions to map customer technical, functional, and security requirements to business objectives. • Design end-to-end solutions spanning APIs, webhooks, cloud platforms, and secure system integrations. • Deliver tailored product demonstrations and articulate differentiated value against competitive solutions. • Create detailed technical proposals including architecture diagrams, implementation timelines, integration requirements, and risk assessments. • Qualify technical requirements and guide customers confidently through evaluation processes. • Convert Opportunity into Revenue • Translate market opportunities into tangible revenue through expert consultation and solution design. • Accurately scope solutions in collaboration with Product and Professional Services teams. • Lead Proof of Concept initiatives where required. • Ensure smooth transition from closed deal to Implementation, enabling seamless customer onboarding and long-term success. • Stay close to customer roadmaps, identifying risks and growth opportunities. • Support Customer Success and Technical Account Management teams in evaluating new requirements. • Provide creative technical alternatives when requirements fall outside current product scope. • Minimise operational disruption through proactive risk mitigation and solutioning. • Represent the company at industry conferences, customer events, and technical forums.
Job Requirements
- Extensive experience working with secure systems in enterprise environments.
- Strong SaaS background with proven solution design and technical consulting experience.
- Expertise in API integrations, webhook configuration, and cloud-based architectures.
- Solid understanding of Android OS and device firmware deployment processes.
- Experience with device locking technologies for financing/subsidy models and regulatory environments.
- Background in telecom or OEM operations highly desirable.
- Familiarity with first-party locking solutions such as Samsung Knox Guard Google DLC Transsion Paytrigger.
- Ability to design end-to-end multi-domain technical architectures.
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills.
- Exceptional communication skills — able to simplify complex technical topics for diverse audiences.
- Ability to motivate and drive alignment across teams without direct authority.
- Experience working with international teams and partners across multiple geographies.
- Fluent English (written and spoken).

Role Description We’re looking for a highly data-driven Sales Engineer who sits at the intersection of Sales and Marketing. This role is responsible for transforming ongoing research, perception, and brand data into compelling stories, outbound-ready content, and insight-led activations that strengthen our brand, elevate our sales team’s presence, and drive revenue.
