• Meet the sales budget for assigned customer accounts • Maintain daily close relationships with key accounts and ensure customer needs are followed up and met • Develop and execute account plan for key customers • Daily maintain SAP C4C data up to date • Undertake direct sales calls and manage all customer enquiries • Prepares and coordinates budgets, forecasts, and monthly or weekly reports • Provide mechanical seal technical support and training to customers • Identify new market opportunities • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the relate industry • Comply business ethical policy, all EHS requirement • Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- A Master degree or bachelor degree with the Mechanical or Industrial Engineering backgrounds
- At least 7-year relevant experience related to sales, service, and engineering
- Excellent of leadership & management skills
- Strong collaboration and influencing skills
- Knowledge of flow chart development & streamlines, business development in sales & service
- Ability to develop and maintain good relationships with related stakeholders
- Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
