About the Role We are looking for a Senior Recruiter to support high-volume, fast-moving hiring across multiple business functions. This role goes beyond sourcing — you will act as a trusted hiring partner, owning end-to-end recruitment while helping improve processes, workflows, and candidate experience. You will work closely with leadership and hiring managers in a high-growth, US-paced environment where speed, structure, and judgment matter. Key Responsibilities - Own full-cycle recruitment: intake → sourcing → screening → interview coordination → offer → onboarding - Manage multiple roles simultaneously across tech, marketing, operations, sales, and leadership - Conduct structured screening interviews and assess both technical fit and behavioral alignment - Build and maintain strong talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS workflows - Partner closely with hiring managers to set realistic expectations and reduce bottlenecks - Deliver clear hiring insights using data, funnel metrics, and pipeline reporting - Improve recruitment workflows, templates, and processes inside the ATS - Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the process - Operate comfortably in a fast-paced, changing environment with limited hand-holding

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Recruiter or Senior Recruiter
  • Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment (not sourcing-only roles)
  • Strong experience hiring for IT / Tech roles (engineering, QA, data, product, etc.)
  • Hands-on experience using ATS platforms (Workable, Greenhouse, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar)
  • Advanced sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter (boolean search, pipelines, outreach)
  • Experience working with international candidates and global hiring managers
  • Comfortable working 9:00 AM to 6:00PM EST
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Able to work independently and make judgment calls without constant approval

  • Experience in high-growth startups or scale-ups
  • Exposure to process improvement or ATS implementation
  • Experience recruiting for marketing, e-commerce, PPC, SEO, or marketplace roles

Role Description We are seeking a Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) Administrator to support our People Operations Team. This is a full-time remote position available to candidates residing in PA, DE, NJ, or MD. Travel up to 25% to our headquarters in Lafayette Hill, PA required. The HCM Administrator will serve as a key member of the ERP Transformation team, supporting the deployment and ongoing configuration of Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) modules.
