• Support the administration of employee benefits programs • Lead open enrollment initiatives and employee communications • Maintain accurate employee records and documentation • Ensure compliance across federal, state, and local regulations • Partner with payroll and finance teams to ensure accurate data and deductions

• Drive and create proposals, business cases, and responses to customers' business requirements • Prepare product demonstrations and sales presentations • Drive business outcomes and values in multiple industries as it relates to D365 • Develop a thorough understanding of the specific market/industry segments, seasonality, and North American business trends/events • Create proposals, responses, and other necessary paperwork • Engage in Business Development activities to increase Truvio awareness

• Assist with preparation of annual Federal and state tax returns and any other required filings. • Review and assist in filing annual Federal and state tax returns. • Manage and review calculation of payments for Federal and state estimated quarterly payments. • Manage SKsoft’s relationship with third-party accounting firm and provide all tax-related schedules and details for preparation of annual returns. • Analyze and reconcile all tax-related GL accounts. • Update and maintain Secretary of State registrations. • Review and approve monthly sales tax returns. • Research and resolve sales tax and income tax questions and issues arising from customers, new products and changes in state laws. • Ensure compliance with federal and state tax regulations. • Prepare and analyze tax reports and related support for financial statements. • Assist in tax audits and respond to inquiries from tax authorities. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely tax filings. • Other duties as assigned.

• Own the ongoing relationship with existing customers after project launch, ensuring clear communication, high satisfaction, and long-term retention. • Identify new opportunities and initiatives within customer organizations where Truvio Commerce / DynamicWeb is a strong mutual fit, and collaborate with customers and internal project management teams on discovery, scoping, planning, and quoting. • Provide regular status updates internally and to customers, with a strong focus on progress against planned initiatives, risks, and upcoming activities. • Communicate Truvio Commerce / DynamicWeb product roadmap and new initiatives clearly and effectively to customers. • Proactively escalate and communicate customer feedback, risks, and issues to the appropriate stakeholders. • Take responsibility for aligning expectations, budgets, and resource forecasting for each customer engagement. • Apply and share best practices and project insights across customers to drive continuous improvement. • Train customers across all aspects of the Truvio Commerce / DynamicWeb All-in-One platform to ensure they maximize value from the solution.
