• Monitor and manage team members time tracking and attendance systems. • Review and verify daily attendance, leave records, and working hours. • Monitor early morning team member logins and attendance records in relevant systems. • Proactively inform the Customer Success team of login status, delays, or discrepancies. • Coordinate with managers to resolve time discrepancies or missing entries. • Generate and share attendance reports for payroll and management review. • Alert the relevant team leads or customer success lead on any unavailability of the team members. • Monitor and analyze system performance, coordinating with developers to ensure smooth operations. • Maintain and update team members personal files and HR documentation. • Ensure accurate data entry and record maintenance in all systems. • Manage team members records related to contracts, confirmations, transfers, and exits. • Ensure confidentiality and security of team member information. • Informing and handling escalation in the systems records and any bug to the relevant team. • Maintain the monthly team member evaluation tracking system. • Follow up with managers to ensure timely completion of evaluations. • Compile evaluation data and support People & Culture reporting and insights. • Maintain proper documentation of team members' performance records. • Assist in onboarding documentation and team members record creation. • Respond to queries related to attendance, leave balances, and HR documentation. • Any HR admin related support for the team members in early morning coverage. • Assist in planning and coordinating People & Culture initiatives and engagement activities. • Support the organization and execution of internal events, workshops, and team gatherings.
People Support Intern
