• Oversee end-to-end coordination and governance of multi workstream programmes across several European markets or functions • Provide structure, planning discipline, and insight to ensure initiatives progress in a controlled and aligned manner • Partner with market teams, functional leads, and global stakeholders to ensure prioritisation, interdependency tracking, and alignment to overall strategy • Lead programme level reporting, risk management, status oversight, and benefit tracking • Maintain programme governance frameworks, operating rhythms, and meeting cadences • Track dependencies across projects and markets, escalating conflicts, resource gaps, and risks as required • Develop integrated programme roadmaps incorporating functional, market, and transformation activities • Facilitate planning workshops to shape programme scope, milestones, and critical paths • Ensure markets and stakeholders are aligned on timelines, accountabilities, and sequencing • Maintain programme level reporting including dashboards, ensuring consistent messaging across projects and markets
Job Requirements
- Proven experience leading or coordinating large scale transformation programmes and / or projects in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment
- Ability to structure and integrate multiple workstreams and stakeholders
- Confident working with senior leaders and presenting in high visibility forums
- Strong communication and influencing skills across culturally diverse stakeholders
- High degree of organisation, structure, and professional discipline
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment; proactive, collaborative, and solutions-focused
- Skilled in project management tools and advanced Microsoft Office applications
- Capable of leveraging technology to enhance project delivery
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills, ways of working and be open to change
- Fluent in English & French; additional European languages beneficial
- Willingness to travel within Europe as required.

Role Description The CTE Coordinator has the chief responsibility to develop and implement a comprehensive career readiness program. This includes working collaboratively with administrators, student services staff, and teachers to ensure the delivery of career development services. The CTE coordinator also facilitates partnerships with parents, business/industry, postsecondary institutions, and community organizations to support students’ successful transition to postsecondary education and employment. Please note – while this is an online school position and all instruction occurs virtually, travel and face-to-face attendance will be required several times per year to support in-person state testing and student events. - Manages career readiness programming for all students; - Recruit students for available CTE programs of study; - Coordinates career planning activities in collaboration with the school counselor and other student services staff; - Assists students with course selections as it pertains to CTE and career/graduation planning; - Develops and maintains partnerships with business, industry, education, and military community that provide opportunities for students; - Provides and coordinates administration and interpretation of career assessments; - Develops and oversees work-based learning opportunities; - Markets CTE programs and partnership; - Delivers professional development and training to school staff on career readiness standards and best practices; - Participates in professional development activities at the local, regional, state, and national levels in order to remain current with emerging demands, trends, and careers in a rapidly changing workforce; - Make recommendations for long-term adjustments in career readiness program to meet changing job trends and labor market needs; - Assists with activities to ensure program funding and compliance; - Other related duties as assigned.
