Job Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in technical program management, engineering leadership, or technology strategy roles.
- Proven track record leading cross-functional programs that span multiple business units and technical domains.
- Deep understanding of software development processes, cloud technologies, and modern engineering best practices.
- Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguous environments and drive clarity and results.
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
